How can I order fabric samples before purchasing?
We offer swatch sets for most of our collections. Simply select the 'Order Sample' button on the product page to add a small cutting to your cart for a nominal fee.
What is the minimum order quantity for fabric?
Our minimum order length is 0.5 meters. After that, you can increase your order in 0.1 meter increments to ensure you get exactly what you need for your project.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return fabric if it has already been cut?
Because our fabrics are cut to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the goods are faulty. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first to confirm the color and weight.
Are the colors on screen an exact match to the physical fabric?
We photograph our fabrics in natural light to be as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and device calibration.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for designers?
Yes, we provide trade discounts for industry professionals and bulk pricing for orders over 15 meters of a single bolt. Please contact our support team to apply for a trade account.
