Returns & Exchanges

At Drapers Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and uncut fabrics. Please note that custom-cut orders and final sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your fabric to prevent wrinkling and place it in its original packaging along with the printed return form.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the fabric for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.
